In the 40 slide PowerPoint Show , students meet Wilbur, their Analogy Safari guide, who will teach them what an analogy is, how to read an analogy, and how to solve the sample animal analogies. Students learn to solve analogies by finding similarities and relationships, categorizing, and making comparisons, as they work to earn their certification and official membership card as an Animal Analogist.
They apply what they learned in the PowerPoint show to complete the 60 task cards. These tasks cards can be completed in a center or used as a game.
