Kids love to write dialogue in their stories. Through my years of teaching, I have discovered that writing dialogue correctly can be a challenge for many of our kids.
This product contains 40 task cards to provide students with practice using appropriate synonyms for the word SAID in dialogue. Students have a picture and a sentence using the word said. They must select an appropriate synonym for said from the 4 choices given. These task cards are available in both color, black and white, and a digital version.
