Description
Played like Jeopardy, this Place Value Game Show has students think deeply as they answer innovative and challenging questions about place value using logic, analogies, comparing and contrasting, identifying questions, making models, and more! This game is designed for advanced students in second grade who have mastered the basic concepts of Place Value.
Featuring sound effects, a self-scoring scoreboard and 30 questions plus a challenge question, this Place Value game is perfect test prep for 2nd and 3rd graders. You can play this game with students in teams and have the kiddos use whiteboards to show their answers, but it also works well for a math center in your classroom with only 2-4 students. Best of all, this product includes a blank editable game, so you can create your own questions for any subject!
This game plays on PowerPoint versions 2007, 2010, and 2014 AND Macintosh PowerPoint 2013! This game uses Macros. You will have to enable Macros on your PowerPoint program in order for the automatic scoring to work. I have included instructions on how to enable Macros and how to play the game in a PDF file included in the download. Be sure to read them, and if you are having any difficulty, just email me and I will help you out!
