Looking for fun winter math activities to help your students build problem solving skills? These winter math logic puzzles are perfect for early finishers or in a center. Logic puzzles challenge students to think creatively about math and lay the foundation for problems in which students use variables in mathematical expressions.
Each winter themed math logic puzzle card contains 4 problems using pictures and numbers, where they must figure out the value of each picture. Students use addition and subtraction within 20 to solve problems with unknowns in all positions and work with equations with a symbol for the unknown number to represent the problem.
Build students’ problem solving skills this winter with…

- Student recording sheets
- Answer keys
- Print, PowerPoint, and Google Slides™ formats
